Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for both you and our team.

Day Tours​

  • More than 48 hours before the tour:

Full refund (excluding transaction fees)

You may cancel or modify your plans freely up to 48 hours before the tour.

  • 24–48 hours before the tour:

50% of the deposit is refundable

​

  • Less than 24 hours / No-show:

The deposit is non-refundable

Multi-day Tours​

  • More than 30 days before the tour:

Full refund (excluding transaction fees)

  • 15–29 days before the tour:

50% of the deposit is refundable​

 

  • 14 days or less before the tour:

The deposit is non-refundable

Important (Multi-day tours only):

Please note that once external bookings (such as hotels or specialized vehicles) are confirmed, these specific costs are governed by the provider's policy and may be non-refundable.

📌  We always do our best to minimize any cancellation costs whenever possible.
