Travelers usually book their own hotels, serviced residences, or apartment-style stays directly. When needed, K-STAR TRAVEL may provide general area and style suggestions based on your route, travel dates, room needs, and preferred comfort level.

 

Once your accommodation is confirmed, we can adjust the daily meeting point, timing, and route flow based on your location.

Q9. How do payment, booking deposit, and cancellation work?

A booking deposit is required to confirm a tour reservation. Full payment is generally not required in advance unless prepaid arrangements are included in the confirmed proposal.

 

The remaining balance may be paid before or during the tour according to the agreed payment schedule. Payment methods may include Wise, PayPal, international bank transfer, or cash payment in Korea, depending on the agreed payment arrangement.
